Vicki Witt's real estate experience began with real estate tax assessment appeals, then turned to overseas relocation services when her husband's career moved their young family to Singapore. On their return, Witt decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother, who built a thriving real estate business in St. Louis. From the outset, Witt's professional and life experiences provided a knowledge base of data analysis, real estate taxes, and relocation services.

"I built my business from the ground up, earning referrals one client at a time," says Witt. Since 2010, she has been assisting her clients in purchasing and selling their homes in the western suburbs and numerous city neighborhoods, including the lakefront, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview.

"I'm adept at analyzing data sets, and I rely on the myriad of market analysis tools we have available to us," Witt says. "I present my clients with the data they need to make the best decision for their specific goals. Then, I help them make it happen." In 2020, Witt joined the ZK Group in its boutique River Forest office. This unique group of six brokers was the top producers in 2024 sales volume and market share in the Tri-Village area of Oak Park, Forest Park, and River Forest.
